This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP leader who combines business acumen, consulting expertise, and people leadership to create measurable impact for customers and the organisation., * Extensive experience in SAP consulting with a proven track record in leadership roles

 * Experience managing consulting teams, delivery organisations, or SAP transformation programmes
 * Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, BTP, or enterprise transformation landscapes
 * Experience working with large enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
 * Strong commercial mindset with experience in delivery management, account development, or P&L responsibility
 * Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
 * Passion for developing people, building organisations, and driving innovation
 * Fluent German (C1+) and English

## Description

* Lead and grow SAP consulting teams delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes
 * Own strategic customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
 * Drive delivery excellence across SAP programmes, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
 * Shape SAP transformation strategies leveraging RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, AI, and automation
 * Build consulting capabilities through talent development, mentoring, recruitment, and organisational growth
 * Support business development through client engagement, proposals, solution shaping, and strategic account growth
 * Identify market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of SAP services and offerings
 * Champion innovation by introducing new SAP technologies, including SAP Joule, Business AI, SAP Build, and cloud-native solutions, As Senior Manager SAP Consulting, you will have the opportunity to influence this transformation, leading teams, shaping customer strategies, and building the next generation of SAP consulting capabilities.
