## Description

* Mitarbeit im First-/Second-Level Support
 * Außendienst an unseren Standorten und unserer Verwaltung
 * Analysieren und Lösen anfallender Anwenderprobleme
 * Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und dem Support von IT-Systemen
 * Selbstständiges Erarbeiten von Lösungen bei jeglicher Art von IT-Problemen
 * Betreuung der Server-, Client- & Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen
 * Verwaltung des lokalen IT-Lagerbestands
 * Unterstützung bei projektbezogenen Aktivitäten wie Hardware Refreshes, Software-Tests und Rollouts
