## Description

Während deiner 3-jährigen Ausbildungszeit lernst du die Grundlagen über Hardware, Netzwerke und Betriebssysteme kennen. Darüber hinaus erlangst du tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Bereich der Programmierung, insbesondere im Bereich der Schnittstellenentwicklung, Webentwicklung, App-Entwicklung und der Anbindung an Datenbanken.

Als Auszubildende:r unterstützt du dabei, für die Professor:innen, (wissenschaftlich) Beschäftigten und Studierenden der UDE eine optimale IT-Infrastruktur zu schaffen, zu erhalten und weiterzuentwickeln. Bei der Unterstützung, Beratung und Schulung von Nutzer:innen kannst du dein erlerntes Wissen direkt anwenden.

Die Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in findet sowohl am Campus Essen als auch am Campus Duisburg der UDE statt. Die Berufsschule besuchst du in Essen. Im Berufsschulunterricht lernst du alle theoretischen Inhalte der Ausbildung. Hierzu gehören Fächer wie IT, Anwendungsentwicklung oder Elektrotechnik, aber auch kaufmännische Lerninhalte.
