 * Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Analyse, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung der Diagnosefähigkeit von Jungheinrich- und Fremdfahrzeugen für den Customer Service
 * Konzeption, Integration, Validierung und Lifecycle-Management von Diagnoselösungen innerhalb der Service- und Applikationslandschaft
 * Mitgestaltung von Anforderungs-, Governance- und Wissensmanagement für Diagnoseprozesse und -systeme
 * Definition fachlicher Anforderungen für Diagnoseapplikationen sowie Steuerung internen und externer Entwicklungspartner
 * Sicherstellung der Qualität neuer Diagnosefunktionen durch Testkonzepte, Validierung und Rollout-Begleitung
 * Analyse, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen sowie Steuerung der Lösungsfindung mit relevanten Stakeholdern
