* Analyse und Bearbeitung von komplexen Störungen
 * Interne Anlaufstelle für neue Anfragen und Anpassungen (Firewall-Regeln, VPN-Tunnel, Web Application Firewall, DNS etc.)
 * Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Changes mit mehreren Ansprechpartnern
 * Koordination von Task Forces bei Major Incidents
 * Projektunterstützung
 * Regelmäßige Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen Kunden zum aktuellen Status ihrer Anfragen
