## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Geschäftsprozesse in der Fertigungs- bzw. Produktionsindustrie
 * Umfassende praktische Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement sowie ein gutes Verständnis produktionsnaher Abläufe
 * Erfahrung in der Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Integrationslösungen
 * Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Projektmanagementmethoden, beispielsweise Scrum
 * Eine Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z. B. PRINCE2, PMP oder Scrum) ist von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Einführung und Optimierung digitaler Workflow- und Vorgangsmanagementsysteme, idealerweise mit Jira, sowohl im agilen als auch im klassischen Projektumfeld
 * Kenntnisse im Change-Management sowie in der Planung und Durchführung von Testmanagement-Prozessen
 * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Eigenständige Leitung sowie aktive Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Projekten
 * Aufnahme, Analyse und Abstimmung fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Beratung der Fachbereiche im Anforderungsmanagement
 * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Etablierung und Verbesserung von IT-Projektmanagementstandards
 * Koordination und Abstimmung von System- und Anwendungsschnittstellen sowie Begleitung der technischen Implementierung
 * Konzeption, Planung, Entwicklung, Test, Einführung und Übergabe innovativer IT-Lösungen an die Fachbereiche
 * Einsatz und Förderung agiler Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Scrum) in IT- und unternehmensweiten Projekten
 * Unterstützung bei der Steuerung des IT-Projektportfolios sowie Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der eingesetzten Projektmanagement-Tools für agile und klassische Projektmethoden
