## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur in den Bereichen Server, Netzwerk und Clients.
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und effizienten IT-Betriebs.
 * Administration zentraler Systeme wie Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, VMware, Veeam Backup & Replication und Sophos Firewall.
 * Planung, Begleitung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft.
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten für IT-Sicherheit, Backup und Notfallvorsorge.
 * Analyse und Optimierung interner Prozesse sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei IT-Fragestellungen.
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister.
 * Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Datenschutz-, Compliance- und Qualitätsstandards.
