## About the Role

Dazu zählen Kampfpanzer, hochgeschützte Radfahrzeuge, Artilleriesysteme, Militärbrücken, Kundenservice sowie Ausbildungslösungen. Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Steuerung komplexer militärischer Kampfpanzerprojekte mit Schwerpunkt Reporting, Projektsteuerung und Risikomanagement. Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer standardisierten Reporting- und Informationsbasis über mehrere Projekte hinweg. Mitwirkung am projektbezogenen Risikomanagement sowie an der Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen und kritischen Sachverhalten. Weiterentwicklung effizienter Dokumentations-, Daten- und Ablagestrukturen zur Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Projektinformation. Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung oder fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Projektmanagement, PMO, Projektcontrolling oder einem technisch
geprägten Umfeld mit. Sie besitzen ein gutes Verständnis für Projektmanagementprozesse, Reporting und kaufmännische Zusammenhänge. Sie beherrschen den sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint; Kenntnisse in SAP, MS Project, Jira, Confluence oder Access sind von Vorteil. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen bringen Sie mit.
