 * Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

## Description

As Senior Data & Reporting Engineer, you will:

 * Design, build and maintain scalable data models, schemas and reporting structures.
 * Develop, optimise and support ETL/ELT pipelines for occupancy and operational datasets.
 * Integrate data from multiple sources including WiFi, IoT sensors and third-party systems.
 * Improve data quality, consistency and reliability across the platform.
 * Create and maintain curated datasets for reporting, analytics and business intelligence.
 * Support the development and refinement of occupancy measurement methodologies.
 * Collaborate with cloud and platform engineers to optimise data ingestion and processing.
 * Investigate and resolve complex data quality, transformation and reporting issues.
 * Implement monitoring, validation and quality controls across data pipelines.
 * Support the delivery of dashboards, reports and analytical outputs.
 * Maintain data lineage, metadata and technical documentation.
 * Contribute to data architecture and technical design discussions.
 * Support onboarding of new data sources, integrations and technologies.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation and delivery.
 * Drive continuous improvement across data engineering and reporting capabilities.
