In dieser vielseitigen Rolle unterstützen Sie das Team bei der Betreuung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur. Wenn Sie Freude daran haben, technische Herausforderungen zu meistern und Anwendern zu helfen, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Aufgaben

 * Unterstützung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter bei IT-Anfragen und Störungen (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)

Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
Verwaltung und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
Überwachung und Behebung von Störungen im IT-Bereich
Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Lösungen in einem Ticketsystem
Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Umsetzung neuer IT-Projekte
