## Description

* Übernimm die Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Herstellern, Business-Management und Kunden und sorge für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
 * Plane und überwache Changes sowie Patches und halte die Systeme stets stabil und performant
 * Entwickle eigenständig Konzepte und integriere Kunden-Applikationen in die bestehende IT-Landschaft
 * Berate Kunden praxisnah, begleite Projekte von Anfang bis Ende und dokumentiere Betriebsabläufe klar und nachvollziehbar
 * Setze Disaster-Recovery-Maßnahmen um, um die Ausfallsicherheit zu maximieren
 * Paketiere Software (z. B. via PowerShell) und übernimm die Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Anwendungen
 * Unterstütze im 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support, bringe dich in Projekte ein und stehe bei Bedarf im Rufbereitschaftsdienst bereit
