Preferred Certifications:

 * Microsoft 365 Desktop Administrator
 * Azure Administrator
 * MCSA / MCSE / MCITP
 * CCNA / CCIE
 * ITIL Foundation

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
 * Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed
 * Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain insurability

## Description

As an IT Administrator, you will serve as the first line of support for dealership technology needs while helping maintain and improve our IT infrastructure across the organization., * Provide Tier 1 technical support for dealership users and systems

 * Monitor and manage IT help desk tickets, projects, and support requests
 * Install, troubleshoot, and maintain:
 + Workstations and PC hardware
 + Printers and peripherals
 + Phones and mobile devices
 + Network connectivity and office equipment
 * Support Active Directory and Microsoft-based environments
 * Coordinate with vendors and Corporate IT on:
 + Construction and remodel projects
 + Infrastructure upgrades
 + Data conversions
 + Office/furniture moves
 + Escalated technical support needs
 * Assist with IT equipment procurement aligned with company standards
 * Follow and execute IT policies and procedures established by Corporate IT
 * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with internal clients
