In this role, you will be the primary expert for maintaining and optimizing the bank's Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. You will ensure operational readiness, manage incidents and problems, and provide root-cause analysis for complex issues. This position demands strong technical capabilities, including database troubleshooting, basic Java knowledge, and Linux/Unix administration skills, combined with a clear understanding of banking processes and agile methodologies.
