Strong knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT), packaging tools (e.G., Orca), and software distribution (MS SCCM, Intune).
Valuable experience in integrating packaging processes.
Knowledge of networks, databases (SQL, MongoDB), development, and API management.
Solid experience in Agile, ITIL, or similar methodologies.
Communication skills to interact with technical and business teams, and ability to identify and proactively solve problems.
Internal customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
NICE TO HAVE Service Requirements Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in advanced software package creation in enterprise environments.
5+ years of experience in end-to-end management of packaging requests, with the ability to coordinate multiple requests simultaneously.

## Description

You will collaborate with the Application Delivery team, where your main mission will be to manage software packaging requests end-to-end, including creating software packages while ensuring quality, traceability, and internal customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Receive, analyze, and manage software packaging requests from start to finish: registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.Coordinate with IT and business teams to understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks.Create, customize, and maintain complex software packages (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin, etc.), ensuring compatibility and compliance with corporate standards.Use software packaging tools (for example Orca).Manage software deployment to corporate devices via MS SCCM/Intune.Automate service processes using scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT).Document processes, incidents, and solutions, and propose continuous improvements in the packaging workflow.Monitor SLAs and provide periodic reporting on the status of requests and incidents.Provide third-level support for incidents related to software packaging and distribution.Participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to the service.MUSTS Service Requirements English level C1 or higher.Strong knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT), packaging tools (e.G., Orca), and software distribution (MS SCCM, Intune).Valuable experience in integrating packaging processes.Knowledge of networks, databases (SQL, MongoDB), development, and API management.Solid experience in Agile, ITIL, or similar methodologies.Communication skills to interact with technical and business teams, and ability to identify and proactively solve problems.Internal customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.NICE TO HAVE Service Requirements Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.5+ years of experience in advanced software package creation in enterprise environments.5+ years of experience in end-to-end management of packaging requests, with the ability to coordinate multiple requests simultaneously.Schedule 08:*****:00, Monday to Friday (flexible).2 days on site.Conditions Salary package based on your profile.Meal allowance included during office hours.Flexible compensation plan including medical insurance, public transport ticket, and childcare support.Gym discounts.Training catalogue.Our goal is that you are well in every way!#J-*****-Ljbffr
