You will need ASE certification and a minimum of 3 years of related transmission repair experience. You will work the warranty and repair teams to best service the customer's needs. Pay is based upon experience. salary: $20 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities * Assist customers by phone with technical support and troubleshooting. * Diagnose automotive and drivetrain concerns using customer-provided information. * Provide accurate repair recommendations and technical guidance. * Work closely with customers while keeping our companies' best interests in mind. * Be part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding customer support. * ASE Certification / 3+ years of automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
