Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and shape Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for Navy Federal, acting as a technical expert and partner to HR and business stakeholders. You'll drive integrations, upgrades, and secure, scalable enhancements that align with enterprise needs. You will own design and delivery across OIC, HDL, HCM Extracts, and related Oracle tools, influencing technical direction and best practices. Join a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on reliable, compliant HR technology. You will play a key part in transforming how HR data and processes are managed at scale.
