## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead development on large, cross-functional initiatives in derivatives and loan platforms. You'll guide front-end and back-end teams to deliver scalable, high-throughput solutions that support onboarding and processing workflows. You'll collaborate with architects, analysts, and offshore developers to optimize usability, reliability, and performance across DHub and LHQ domains. You'll champion agile practices and CI, shaping modernization efforts and acting as a subject matter expert to ensure end-to-end success.
