* Vocational training or equivalent HVAC experience
 * Minimum 2 years of HVAC service field supervisory experience
 * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
 * Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and financial awareness
 * Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred)
 * Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, service operations, and technician workflow

## Description

As an HVAC Service Supervisor, you will assist with managing the service team and supporting the daily operations of the HVAC service department.

 * Assist with supervising and developing the HVAC service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
 * Help coordinate technician schedules, daily assignments, and service priorities
 * Support the Service Manager in maintaining efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
 * Monitor technician performance, workmanship, and customer satisfaction
 * Ensure materials, parts, and equipment are ordered and available for scheduled jobs
 * Review departmental reports including inventory, tools, vehicles, and service metrics
 * Conduct job site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
 * Review payroll records to ensure technicians are properly compensated
 * Ensure technicians have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to complete service calls
 * Support dispatch operations to ensure appropriate technician assignment and scheduling
