## About the Role

* Strong experience in a DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering role

 * Hands-on experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar

 * Working experience with AWS core services (EC2, ECS or EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch)

 * Experience writing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent

 * Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and branching/release strategies

 * Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or similar for automation and tooling support

 * Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS)

 * Experience working in a HIPAA-regulated or compliance-driven environment (Healthcare or Payor technology) * AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Developer, or SysOps Administrator)

 * Experience supporting Java or .NET-based enterprise SaaS application deployments

 * Familiarity with secrets management tooling (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault)

 * Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)

 * Exposure to observability tooling (Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk, or similar)

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on and collaborative DevOps Engineer to join the DevOps team within our Reliability Engineering & Operations (REO) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines and supporting the infrastructure-as-code (IaC) foundations that underpin our AWS-hosted production environments. During an active proof-of-concept (PoC) period, you will contribute incrementally to build and deploy automation initiatives, helping shape scalable patterns that will grow with the organization. This is a practitioner role for someone who takes pride in clean pipelines, reliable deployments, and well-structured infrastructure code.
