 * Knowledge of customer journey flows, middleware interactions, and backend integrations

 * SQL knowledge

 * Intermediate: 2-3 years

 * Mobile automation: Appium (Intermediate: 2-3 years) Gitlab, CI/CD tools

 * Intermediate: 2-3 years Test Grid / Tosca automation (Intermediate: 2-3 years)

 * Manual Testing Expert: 2-4 years SQL knowledge for transaction and user flow data

 * Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest

 * Expert: 2-4 years Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

## Description

UST is searching for an Automation Tester who will design, develop, and own the end-to-end manual and automated tests for assigned releases.

The opportunity:

 * Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks

 * Lead and coordinate testing activities for modules, owning quality gates and exit criteria

 * Drive in-sprint Agile testing and represent QE in sprint planning, estimation, and risk discussions

 * Actively validate user stories within sprint, ensuring early detection

 * Contribute to automation stability, optimization, and best practices

 * Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self-healing concepts)

 * Define and optimize functional, regression and E2E execution strategies leveraging shared frameworks and cloud platforms

 * Mentor A1/A2 engineers, review automation code, and drive QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement
