You will provide both remote and onsite support for PCs, servers, networking equipment, firewalls, and desktop applications across a wide variety of small to medium-sized organizations. This role serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues. You will handle everything from routine desktop support to advanced server, network, and cloud infrastructure challenges. You will work directly with clients of all technical levels and act as a mentor to junior technicians.
