Pluses (Not Required): * Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments. * Familiarity with warehouse technologies including WMS applications, RF scanners, handheld devices, barcode scanners, industrial printers, or warehouse automation systems. * Experience with Ivanti, Help Spot, SOTI, or similar ITSM/MDM platforms. * Exposure to supporting warehouse automation systems such as conveyors, PLCs, or sortation equipment alongside engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, supporting end users in a fast-paced operational environment, and making an immediate impact. You'll play a key role in supporting a major site expansion project while helping maintain reliable IT operations across the organization.
