This role combines hardware engineering, device troubleshooting, and fleet reliability ownership to maintain high uptime across 200K+ devices. The engineer partners with software, device management, and operations teams to diagnose issues, improve hardware standards, and optimize device performance in real-world conditions. This role also owns evaluation and implementation of enterprise device management (MDM/EMM) solutions to enable remote diagnostics, improve update reliability, and scale device operations.
