## About the Role

* Approximately 4-5 years of experience in software development.
 * Strong experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
 * Hands-on experience developing with Python, FastAPI, and React + Vite.
 * Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs.
 * Solid understanding of modern application architectures and software engineering best practices.
 * Experience working with relational databases.
 * English level B2 minimum, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment and collaborate with global teams.
 * Ability to work successfully in multidisciplinary teams.
 * Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
 * Experience with Databricks or similar Data & AI platforms will be highly valued.
 * Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.
 * Experience building cloud-native applications would be considered an advantage.
 * Product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering business value.
 * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and tackle open-ended challenges.
 * High level of ownership, autonomy, and execution capability.
 * Excellent collaboration skills across both technical and business stakeholders.

## Description

* Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
 * Develop modern, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces with React and Vite.
 * Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Owners to transform business requirements into scalable solutions.
 * Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and key technology decisions.
 * Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance through engineering best practices.
 * Contribute to the growth and evolution of a product used by global sales teams.
 * Take an active role in code reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team.
