 + Strong expertise with Epic revenue cycle modules (HB, PB, HIM, Cadence).

 + Executive presence and ability to drive change.

 + Epic certification(s) in relevant modules.

## Description

The IT Revenue Cycle Director (Consultant) will serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader for a hospital revenue cycle organization, partnering closely with executive stakeholders to assess current-state performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive measurable financial and operational outcomes. This consultant will leverage deep expertise in Epic revenue cycle workflows to optimize processes, strengthen compliance, and enhance the overall patient financial experience., + Strategic Revenue Cycle Assessment
o Conduct comprehensive evaluations of end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including Patient Access, HIM/Coding, Billing, AR Management, and Denials.
o Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes impacting financial performance.
o Develop actionable recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
