The NOC Engineer I - Outage Management provides comprehensive support across the Lumos Core and Access Broadband Network, including IP, Transport, and Voice platforms. The NOC Engineer I - Outage Management, assists with outage isolation, third party ticket creation, chronic issue identification, root cause analysis, and customer or network fault resolution.
