As a professional coach, you will drive an Agile culture of continuous improvement and serve as a role model for Agile principles and values., Professional Scrum Master Qualification (Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scaled Scrum Master (SSM)) or Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification. - Advanced qualification or willingness to work towards it is desirable. - Certification in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or equivalent is highly desirable. - Professional coaching experience is essential, certification is desirable. - Broad knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe)., Experience working and leading across multiple Agile teams, with knowledge of working at scale in technology organizations. - Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and presentation skills. - Outstanding communication skills at all levels. - Strong knowledge of Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS tools). - Good understanding of Agile practices (e.g., CI, TDD, Pairing) and ability to facilitate technical discussions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, coaching, mentoring, and guiding them to adopt Agile best practices tailored to their specific challenges.
