* Kafka Developer should have - 6+ years of development experience using Confluent Kafka
 * Experience in developing microservices using Springboot and Kafka
 * Should have strong experience in developing CI/CD for Spring boot applications and deploying in the Kubernetes environment.
 * Experience in Kubernetes is MUST
 * Experience in using MQ, Oracle source, and Sink Connectors
 * Experience in Kafka performance testing
 * Nice to have experience in OpenShift
 * Nice to have Kafka troubleshooting skills
