## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the ongoing design and development of engine cylinder heads for Stellantis vehicles, aligning with powertrain requirements. You will drive concept refinement and validate designs through CAE and testing, coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate heads into the powertrain. You manage release activities across early concepts to production, including PPAP readiness and BOM/ECN ownership. This role offers hands-on technical leadership across design, validation, and production stages with direct impact on performance and quality.
