## About the Role

* Experience supporting OPERA PMS, Infor, or similar casino/hospitality systems
 * Background in application support, helpdesk, or systems support roles
 * Experience troubleshooting user issues and system functionality
 * Strong customer service and communication skills

Technical Skills

 * User access management and permissions
 * Basic understanding of databases or system integrations is a plus
 * Familiarity with enterprise environments (24/7 operations preferred)

Nice to Have

 * Experience with other property management systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, etc.)
 * Gaming or hospitality industry experience
 * Exposure to Active Directory or basic infrastructure support

Additional Requirements

 * Must be able to pass a gaming background check
 * Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment

## Description

Fusion HCR is seeking a Systems Administrator focused on OPERA, Infor, and casino/hospitality management systems for a client in the gaming and hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone with a support background who has worked with hotel, casino, or property management systems and is looking to grow into a more technical systems-focused position. The role will support day-to-day operations, user access, troubleshooting, and system performance across critical business applications in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Systems Support

 * Provide day-to-day support for hospitality and casino systems, including OPERA, Infor, or similar platforms
 * Troubleshoot system issues, user access problems, and application errors
 * Support system configurations, updates, and ongoing maintenance
 * Assist with integrations between systems and ensure data flow accuracy

User Support & Operations

 * Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for internal users across business applications
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access
 * Support onboarding/offboarding activities related to system access
 * Work closely with business users to resolve functional and technical issues

System Monitoring & Stability

 * Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
 * Support backup processes, system availability, and uptime
 * Assist in identifying and resolving recurring system issues

Collaboration & Documentation

 * Partner with IT infrastructure, security, and vendor teams
 * Work with third-party vendors for system support and issue resolution
 * Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
