This role ensures system applications run smoothly, monitors performance, and creates reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions. The position is part of the Technology department and plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and innovation., * Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software. * Provide advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques for improved operations. * Install and configure systems and other software. * Test installed software for malfunction detection. * Identify and resolve business systems issues. * Design and deploy new applications and enhance existing application software and operating systems. * Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems. * Develop and implement strategies to improve systems. * Monitor and test system performance. * Oversee the training of junior engineers to improve job skills and work efficiency. * Maintain full ownership of a process, typically acting as a procedural expert., * Purchase any product, service, or gift cards from us or for us as part of an application, interview, or selection process. * Provide sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking information.
