Work Environment This position is based in Seattle, WA, and requires the ability to be onsite five days per week. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to serve as a technical leader on the Content Platform for Training Needs Analysis. This role is responsible for driving engineering excellence by establishing development standards, improving code quality, mentoring engineers, influencing architectural decisions, and leveraging AI to accelerate productivity.
