## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Absence Management plans.

 * Ability to review current absence configurations and identify gaps, issues, and inefficiencies.

 * Experience investigating PTO migrations, validating accrual balances, and correcting inaccurate employee data.

 * Strong knowledge of PTO plans, leave rules, eligibility, accruals, and property-specific exceptions.

 * Experience handling Workday Help Workspace tickets and resolving employee absence-related questions.

 * Ability to consolidate multiple absence plans and recommend standardized Workday best practices.

 * Strong troubleshooting skills with experience performing data analysis and root cause investigation.

 * Ability to train internal teams, improve documentation, and support future absence governance processes.
