Even Better If... * You have experience integrating frontend systems with real-time data sources, streaming APIs, or analytics/observability platforms. * You've worked within a large-scale platform or multi-cloud environment and understand the constraints that come with it (security, compliance, multi-tenancy). ## Description Join the Agentforce Optimization Agent team at Salesforce, where we're building the first AI-native observability platform for agentic systems. Based in San Francisco, you'll help shape how customers see, understand, and improve their AI agents - crafting the interfaces that turn complex agent session data into clear, actionable insight directly inside Agent Studio. What You'll Actually Be Doing * Own the UI surface for agent observability: Build and ship production-grade React components and views that surface optimization insights, session analysis, and performance signals inside Agent Studio's Sessions and Details views - making complex AI data legible and actionable for developers. * Drive the Agent Studio integration: Lead frontend development across the Agent Developer Lifecycle (ADLC), integrating observability tooling into Salesforce Core and ensuring your components work reliably across multi-tenant, multi-cloud environments. * Solve real-world UI performance challenges: Tackle rendering and data-fetching performance at scale - designing frontend systems that handle high-volume agent session data with low latency and a seamless developer experience. * Build and ship using AI as a core workflow tool: Push the boundaries of AI development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to deliver secure, optimized, production-grade code - and contribute to the shared system context that keeps AI outputs reliable. ## Related Videos - [The Open-source Java SDK for Multi-Cloud Development - Sandeep Pal](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2113-the-open-source-java-sdk-for-multi-cloud-development-sandeep-pal) - [Do TypeScript without TypeScript](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/327-do-typescript-without-typescript) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Building the Next Generation of Software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100186-building-the-next-generation-of-software) - [Leverage Cloud Computing Benefits with Serverless Multi-Cloud ML ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/78-leverage-cloud-computing-benefits-with-serverless-multi-cloud-ml) - [Vuejs and TypeScript- Working Together like Peanut Butter and Jelly](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/127-vuejs-and-typescript-working-together-like-peanut-butter-and-jelly) ## Related Articles - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [The Prompt Engineer ✍️](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/216-the-prompt-engineer) - [What is Agentic Programming and Why Should Developers Care?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/625-what-is-agentic-programming-and-why-should-developers-care) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline)
