## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
 * 1+ years of manufacturing or factory floor experience
 * Experience within food & beverage, chemicals, brewing, dairy, pharmaceutical, or other process manufacturing industries
 * Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
 * Experience supporting industrial automation or manufacturing systems
 * Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies
 * Experience working with IT/OT environments
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Willingness to travel up to 50%

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience with PLCs, industrial networking, and cloud connectivity
 * Knowledge of process engineering and manufacturing operations
 * Experience analyzing sensor and time-series data
 * Data visualization and storytelling experience
 * Familiarity with Python or other programming languages
