## About the Role

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
High level of English, minimum C1.
At least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation support or project management. Experience managing teams of SAP professionals is preferred.
Must prove deep expertise in various SAP modules and proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA or cloud solutions like SAP S/4 HANA Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors. A strong knowledge of ABAP, SQL, BAPIs and SAP Fiori will be valuable.
Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).

This role will oversee end-to-end SAP initiatives and act as a strategic partner across departments to ensure high system performance, robust security and full compliance with internal and regulatory standards.Your main responsibilities will be:Managing a team of consultants, analysts and developers, providing mentorship, training and career development opportunities.Assigning tasks, tracking project progress and ensuring a timely delivery of initiatives within budget and scope.Leading the end-to-end management of the SAP environment, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements and resolution of critical issues.Aligning SAP solutions with business needs, collaborating with key departments to improve processes and ensure a seamless system integration.Optimizing system performance, security and governance, ensuring compliance with internal standards, best practices and regulatory requirements.Your profile and qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.High level of English, minimum C1.At least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation support or project management.
