## About the Role

* More than 8 years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of Python.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 * Solid knowledge of Python, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
 * Experience designing scalable distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
 * Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
 * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, resilience, and secure development practices.
 * Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in agile environments.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
 * Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), RAG, AI agents, or workflow automation will be highly valued.
