## Description

Buscamos un/a DevOps Lead con experiencia para liderar el diseño, evolución e implantación de una plataforma corporativa de desarrollo basada en Kubernetes/OpenShift, impulsando la adopción de prácticas DevSecOps, GitOps y Platform Engineering para mejorar la productividad de los equipos de desarrollo., * Definir la estrategia de Platform Engineering.

 * Liderar la implantación de plataformas de autoservicio para desarrolladores.
 * Diseñar estándares de CI/CD y GitOps.
 * Definir arquitecturas de despliegue sobre OpenShift/Kubernetes.
 * Liderar comunidades técnicas DevOps y DevSecOps.
 * Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares (arquitectura, desarrollo, seguridad y operaciones).
 * Definir métricas de Developer Experience (DevEx).
 * Participar en iniciativas de modernización tecnológica y transformación cloud.
