You lead evaluation and deployment of emerging learning tech, including AI-enabled solutions, working with HR, IT, and business leaders to maximize adoption and organizational value. You drive continuous improvement, vendor relationships, and integration with enterprise systems. This role offers impact across training, compliance, and workforce capability in a growth-driven company.
