## About the Role

* Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

 * Pulling and transforming data between systems

DevOps:

 * Gearset deployment pipelines
 * Understanding of CI/CD and release management best practices

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our non-profit organization. This role will work under the direction of our Senior Director Salesforce to design, develop, and maintain our comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and a passion for leveraging technology to advance our organizational mission. Looking for someone who has led or been a part of an implementation of Salesforce or Salesforce modules

 * This role will be tasked with helping identity gaps in the current use of the tool and make recommendations on enhancements and best practices
 * This person also needs to be hands to keyboard and skill with SF integration
 * Specifically, Apex Automation
 * This role will be business facing so strong communication is required

Team & Environment

 * Small, collaborative team environment.
 * This hire is intended to serve as a Senior/Architect-level developer.
 * Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to lead or guide others.
 * Frequent interaction with stakeholders and internal business partners.
 * Looking for someone who can take ownership of their work; minimal handholding.

Responsibilities

 * Full project lifecycle ownership from design to deployment.
 * Work within a new DevOps pipeline using Gearset.
 * Manage and run multiple deployment pipelines.
 * Lead Salesforce development initiatives with high autonomy.
