## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you support pre- and post-launch optimization and alarm management for UMTS/LTE RF networks. You are a key member of the Network Support Team, enabling rapid site deployments and maintaining live network integrity. You troubleshoot hardware/software issues on BBU, RRU, and RET, and address transmission and fiber problems to minimize customer impact. You also build scripts to streamline site changes for construction crews, supporting efficient rollouts and KPI targets. This hybrid, in-office position offers hands-on impact in a growing telecom environment.
