## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and optimize ATE hardware development from definition to production, collaborating with the test engineering team to ensure timely releases of loadboards, probe cards, and related hardware. You will drive NPI readiness and maintain hardware status, aligning with Renesas' AI-focused power delivery initiatives. You tackle early-stage design reviews, debugging, and vendor coordination to deliver robust production solutions. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, global semiconductor environment where your contributions accelerate product readiness and scale.
