## Description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will deliver expert lifecycle support for AFLCMC/ESA programs, guiding DoD initiatives from requirements through disposal. You'll work with government leadership to plan, analyze, and execute acquisitions that deliver critical warfighter capabilities. The role spans system engineering across air, mechanical, and electrical domains, including test, evaluation, and certification activities. You will help shape specifications, reviews, and technical plans while ensuring policy compliance. This position offers meaningful impact within a mission-driven defense program and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
