## About the Role

Education: A Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline is required. An MBA is considered an advantage.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years as a data analyst. Experience should include a deep understanding of Capital Markets, with a focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations. Familiarity with Capital Markets regulations (Basel, CRR, CRD IV) is necessary.

Technical Skills:

 * Proficiency in SQL programming, preferably with databases such as Oracle Exadata.
 * Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net.
 * Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Hadoop.
 * Knowledge of Big Data Architectures and Cloud computing.
 * Familiarity with machine-learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods.

 * Serve in a delivery-focused, techno-functional role, bridging the gap between technical implementation and business requirements.
 * Identify risks and issues, and propose improvements to enhance application performance and compliance.
