This role provides hands-on technical leadership for small-scale events and supports larger, more complex productions as a subject matter expert. The Hybrid Technical Lead works under the direction and mentoring of senior leadership, delivering consistent results through established standards while contributing to continuous improvement through minor process enhancements. This position will support our Audio Visual team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work at show-site 2-3 days per week.
