We're looking for candidates who are:

## Description

We are hiring Data Center Technician Trainees to join our team in Northern Virginia. No experience is required. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude who are eager to learn a skilled trade.
You'll receive paid, hands-on training from experienced technicians and learn everything you need to become a successful Data Center Technician. This is an entry-level opportunity with excellent advancement potential in one of the fastest-growing industries in the country.
What You'll Learn
Our training program will teach you how to:

 * Install and organize copper and fiber optic cabling
 * Rack and stack servers and networking equipment
 * Install cable management systems
 * Read construction drawings and layouts
 * Label and document cabling
 * Use industry-standard hand tools
 * Follow data center safety procedures
 * Work alongside experienced technicians on active projects
 * Understand data center infrastructure and best practices

No previous knowledge is necessary-we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities

 * Assist experienced technicians with daily installations
 * Learn proper installation techniques for structured cabling
 * Organize and label cables according to project standards
 * Build and install equipment racks
 * Maintain a clean and safe work environment
 * Follow all company and customer safety requirements
