Your impact
From the first toolpath to final inspection, you will shape how parts are made. You will align teams, tune machines, and turn performance data into better outcomes-while guiding newer teammates to grow their skills.
Role focus

 * Program: Design, validate, and optimize CNC programs for multiple machining operations.
 * Run: Set up fixtures and tooling, establish offsets, and operate CNC equipment to confirm process capability.
 * Improve: Review production data to reduce cycle time, boost quality, and enhance consistency.
 * Maintain: Perform regular maintenance and calibration to preserve machine accuracy.
 * Protect: Champion safety practices and strict quality control.
 * Develop: Provide training and day-to-day support to junior team members in programming and operations.
 * Collaborate: Work with production to investigate and resolve machining challenges quickly.
