 * Technical Foundation: Proficient in Java OR C#, XML/XSLT, and database technologies (MS SQL Server) .
 * Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, ETL tools (Kettle/Talend), and messaging platforms like (MQ, Kafka).
 * CRIMS/OMS Domain Experience: Prior experience with Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or OMS implementations, including exposure to trading workflows and investment management operations.
 * Batch Processing & Scheduling: Experience with job scheduling and batch processing tools such as Tidal, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management

* Develop and support CRIMS/OMS customizations and technical solutions.
 * Design and manage integrations using APIs, web services, ETL, and messaging platforms.
 * Perform data transformation and database-related activities.
 * Resolve issues across applications, integration, and data layers.
 * Collaborate with functional and business teams for upgrade delivery.
