The ideal candidate should possess strong architecture and technical leadership experience., * Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation projects.

 * Design IdentityIQ architecture and custom workflows.
 * Develop Java and BeanShell customizations.
 * Build custom connectors and integrations.
 * Configure identity lifecycle management.
 * Implement access certification campaigns.
 * Mentor development teams.
 * Review code and architecture.
 * Support production environments.
 * Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
