Preferred Qualifications * Experience as an SDET in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile environments. * Experience with performance, resiliency, observability, chaos, and production-readiness testing. * Financial services, brokerage, banking, wealth management, or capital markets experience. * Experience defining automation strategies, framework standards, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria. * Exposure to AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows. * Experience mentoring engineers and driving adoption of test automation and AI-assisted SDLC practices. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to drive quality engineering and test automation across modern enterprise platforms.
